USO Mobile Kitchen 

Client Challenge:

The USO needed a fully operational mobile kitchen to support U.S. military personnel and their families at RAF Lakenheath and other air force bases in the UK. The unit had to be self-sufficient, allowing them to serve food anywhere, without relying on external utilities.

Since 1941, the United Service Organizations (USO) has been the leading organisation dedicated to supporting U.S. military personnel and their families throughout their service. As a nonprofit charitable organisation, the USO provides live entertainment, social spaces, and essential programs to boost morale and bring a sense of home to troops stationed around the world.

Through its global network, the USO ensures that those who serve have access to connection, comfort, and community, no matter where they are deployed.

Our Solution:

We designed and built a high-performance, fully independent catering van, featuring:

✔️ Griddles, Bain Marie and warming ovens for efficient food prep

✔️ A 6KVA gas generator, powering all systems without external connections

✔️ Starlink-connected TV for real-time engagement

✔️ No POS setup – designed to serve, not sell

This unit allows the USO to support military families with hot meals, entertainment and a place to connect.
