We spoke to Charlene Deacon owner of The Steaming Mug about her Citroen Conversion.
When you first heard about our product and service, what was there in your mind that would have prevented you from using us?
“Nothing to be honest, I was recommended to use you guys by Five Star Catering, so I knew your reputation was good”
What did you find as a result of buying our product and service?
“The unit we had was an absolute total rust bucket and the way it came out was just amazing! Everyone comments on it, the conversion was just immaculate and the standards were so very high”
What one specific feature did you really like about this product and service?
“Oh…….. well the personal touch, you and I spoke most days just running things past each other, it was just such a personal service and the unit itself, there is not one thing that I could say that I prefer more, I just love the whole thing. The whole conversion is just amazing!”
What would be two or three other benefits about this product or service?
“No everything is great”
Would you be happy to recommend this product or service and if so, why?
“Yes I have already been recommending you, we kept your logos on the van so people can see, and when we are out at events we get people coming up and saying this unit looks amazing, and when I show them some pictures of it before and after, they ask me who did the work and obviously your logos are on there so I tell them to search for you and to contact you. When they see the picture of how it was before and how it turned out everyone is shocked at how brilliant it is”
Is there anything else you would like to add?
“Only that you were very supportive, this was my first unit and I didn’t have a clue but you gave advice and obviously Gary too, just understanding what we wanted to do, but not just then even now just helping and understanding. You’re just a really nice company to do business with.
I would recommend Gary and 4Sure all day long”
